How do I know which brands you accept for consignment?
We accept many labels and the list changes as frequently as styles and designers change.  We love funky and one of a kind designs. Please refer to our Consignment Guidelines section for a sample listing of some of the brands we accept.

Are all garments cleaned before being displayed as merchandise?
Yes, all garments are laundered or dry-cleaned before display.

How frequently do you get new merchandise?
Second Chance receives new merchandise daily.

Is the merchandise from the current season?
Merchandise is from within the past 2 seasons with the exception of some classics/vintage pieces which never go out of style.

Do you accept credit cards?
All major credit cards are accepted.

Do you ever have sales?
our stock is marked down on a regular rotating basis and we also have special promotions which are announced on the home page.

How do I know when items my size arrive?
We are happy to notify you when labels/sizes you designate arrive if you fill out this information along with your email for our customer list.

What are your store hours of operation?
Tuesdays - Saturdays 10 am - 5 pm
Sundays 12 noon - 4 pm
Mondays Closed
